I have decided to have a throwdown- a contest for the egomaniacs of real estate. While the subjective nature of real estate investments have always driven promoters to suggest certain real estate deals are the "best" or more "solid" than the next, I would like to challenge you to scout out the worst, horrific version of an investment property you see on the internet. Yes, there has to be pictures. Hopefully, a picture so aweful my 1031 exchange clients would laugh. Keep it PG and I will announce a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winner August 1st!
